Hotel Accommodation

Accommodation in hotels of various price categories in the vicinity of the conference centre and in the city centre has been reserved.
Participants can book their hotel rooms online or by means of the Hotel Reservation Form. Please note that hotel accommodation is subject to availability and will be limited after 1 April 2008.

Categories and Rates

All rates are per room and per night, including breakfast, service and taxes.

Booking by Means of Reservation Form
In order to ensure suitable accommodation, please download the Hotel Reservation Form and return it to AKM Travel AG as soon as possible but not later than 1 April 2008. After this date requests will still be accepted, however, hotel accommodation is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

A deposit of € 175 per reservation is requested. The following forms of payment are accepted:

• Bank transfer to UBS AG, CH-4002 Basel, Switzerland, account No. 595.400.60G, clearing No. 233, IBAN No. CH95 0023 3233 5954 0060G, BIC UBSWCHZH80A

• Credit card: Visa, Mastercard

Upon receipt of the deposit, each participant will receive a final confirmation with an invoice. Full payment has to be made to AKM Travel AG by 1 April 2008.

• Please carefully follow the instructions and note the following:

• Bookings are only possible against full payment by credit card upon reservation.

• Payment by credit card is mandatory.

• If your reservation is successful, you will receive a written confirmation by regular mail.

• For Internet bookings, after 1 April 2008 hotel accommodation is as well subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy
If your hotel reservation is cancelled before 1 April 2008, the amount will be refunded less € 60 handling fee. If your reservation is cancelled after 1 April 2008, or if you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds can be made.

Changes
Any change of reservation will be subject to a handling fee of € 30. Changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to AKM Travel AG, Basel. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

Hotel Desk
During the conference, AKM Travel AG will be present at a counter in the vicinity of the Conference Secretariat.
