A credit card (Visa, Mastercard) will be required.
Should you prefer to make the payment by bank transfer or cheque, please download and complete the Registration Form or Registration form for nurses and AHP's and return it to the Administrative Secretariat by 13 March 2008 in order to profit from the low rate.

The fees for conference participants include:

• Admission to all scientific parts of the congress (separate registration is required for the Nursing and AHP programme (free of charge) and the TIA Satellite Symposium in Paris (registration fee applies))

• Coffee breaks

• Lunch packages on Wednesday and Thursday

• 1-year online subscription of Cerebrovascular Diseases

The fees for nursing and AHP include:

• Congress bag

• Final Programme / Abstract Book

• Admission to the Nursing and AHP programme on 13 May 2008

• Welcome Reception

• Coffee breaks

• Lunch pack on Tuesday

The fees for accompanying persons include:

Onsite Registration
Onsite registrants cannot be guaranteed to receive all congress documents. Therefore, please arrive early, if you wish to register onsite. Please also note that the availability of hotel accommodation at that time may be limited.

Confirmation 
Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the Registration Desk at the conference centre as proof of your registration.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
Refund of registration fees, less 25 % administrative charges, can be applied for in writing until 19 March 2008 to the Administrative Secretariat in Basel. After this date no refund will be possible.

Name Changes 
For any change of names, a fee of € 20 will be charged. Onsite changes of name badges due to incorrect submission of names and/or address data will be charged with € 10.

General Remark
The participant acknowledges that he / she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the conference be hindered or prevented by political events (such as acts of terrorism, danger of hostility, war, etc.) or by unexpected economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With his / her registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
