Sunday, 20 April 2008, 24:00 midnight,

- Submit your abstract via the online form
- Get your "NAID" (Abstract Identification Number) !
Without an NAID your abstract will not be entered into the review process.
Therefore, please inform us immediately if you haven’t received a confirmation AID
(Abstract Identification Number)! Late entries after April 20, 2008) will only be possible under special circumstances.

In order to submit abstracts online an e-mail address is obligatory. Correspondence includes all notification letters that inform the "Corresponding Author/Presenter" of the status of their abstract.
This is the best way for us to contact you, so it is important that you enter
your e-mail address accurately! Please let us know if there are any changes!
- Preparation
Open the online submission form and follow the fields carefully. Obligatory information is indicated by stars and is coloured red.
Abstract title and text (structured as: Background, Methods, Results, Discussion) should be preformed using your text editor directly on the form space indicated by means of US/West European script language. Example
Avoid Greek letters and symbols. Instead of 'IFN-' use for example
'IFN-g' or 'IFN-gamma'. Avoid complex mathematical formulae.
For the plus minus symbols, type +/- instead of ±.
When preparing your abstract, bear in mind that it will not only be
read by experts in your field but also by colleagues who may not be familiar with your topic.

When everything has been correctly entered please press
the send button on the formular website to submit your abstract!
Please send the abstract only once and not repeatedly!
After having submitted your material you'll receive a letter
with the data provided. Confirm the originality of your abstract
and get your Abstract Identification (Abstract ID) by pressing
the confirmation button . Your AID is confirmation of submission!
- Confirmation
Finally, you are asked to enter a password along with your e-mail
address and last name. Please enter the same text as you did
previously in the online registration form and press the send button.
You will find your Abstract ID, the password and the abstract title
below. Please print or/and save it.
Without an AID your abstract will not be entered into the review process.
Therefore, please inform us immediately if you haven’t received a confirmation NAID(Abstract Identification Number)! Late entries (until April 25, 2008) will only be possible under special circumstances.
It also enables you to correspond with the ESC office at any time
during the review process.
